Some London Attractions Off The Beaten Path
December 17th, 2011
To most people the mention of London attractions evokes such places as Buckingham Palace, the Tower of London and Big Ben but little do they realize the plethora of places off the beaten path such as Abbey Road Studios featured on a Beatles album cover. Visitors are encouraged to view the names on the front wall and to add their autograph to the list. One unique museum in London is the Museum of Brands, Packaging and Advertising where visitors are treated to around 12,000 items collected by Robert Opie, often termed ‘a Brit with a vision.’ Launched around 2005, this museum houses some 12,000 common household items ranging from shampoo bottles and nut packages to refrigerator magnets. Jurassic Encounter Adventure invites miniature golfers of all ages and skill levels to make their way around an 18-hole course while guaranteed to be interrupted by encounters with life-like dinosaurs roaring and roaming around the course.
