DUI/DWI

December 21st, 2011

When a person is driving drunk they have a high chance of hitting someone with their car. The social stigma and embarrassment of being arrested for drunk driving is bad, and the legal fees, potential jail time, possible community service and increased car insurance rates all add up to making the decision to drink and drive a truly bad choice. You will also find that whatever sentence or conviction you were given, or if you had driving privilleges taken away for a period of time due to the DUI DUI insurance, that the right attorney is going to be able to help you get these reduced or removed. What most people don’t see or even realize is that most of these people who think they are OK, bump into a wall on their way out or are slightly over the legal limit. The officer who pulls the person over will have a breathalyzer test. Of course, this does not include the potentially worse penalty, which is loss of life or serious injury to you or others.
