The benefits of a full body workout are awesome. They are tough, they are rough, and they work great. They are what you should be doing when you are starting out in weight training. Yuo should not be doing bodypart splits the first 6 months. you need to build a good strong foundation of muscle to build off of. You wont have to do a abdominal training workout if you use the right compound lifts during your workout. You may have heard this before but thats because it works. If you are getting started ib muscle building dont train like pro bodybuilders.
