One of the most important things you can do to help you lose weight is to drink plenty of water. They say that you should drink at least 10 glasses of water each and every day. Some experts even say that above and beyond those ten glasses of water, you must drink at least one additional glass of water for every 10 pounds that you intend to lose. What water does for you is to help you feel full. If you feel hungry, try drinking a glass of water before you eat.
