Get Thin Fast Without a Crash Diet

Don’t ‘starve’ yourself to get thin fast - it is a time waster. You might think that a crash diet is the fastest way to weight loss, but you will not win in the long run.

When you drastically reduce your calorie total, you only succeed in causing your metabolism to slow down. You can lose weight at first, but later on your body will want to hang on to the fat.

A better way to lose weight is to keep your metabolism revved up 24/7. Eat regular, small meals of healthful foods, stop eating when your stomach feels satisfied, and never eat so much that you feel full. If you don’t ‘starve’ yourself, you will have more success in achieving your weight loss goals.
