I have read in one of the articles I found in the internet. The article is about treating your cold sores in 3 steps. The writer mentioned about an effective cold sore treatment that a friend has concocted. He personally tried it and works every time he uses it – applying a nail polish remover to a cold sore several times a day with an ice cube on top of it the entire day. Potentially, the cold sores will be gone in 2 days.
His article also includes other cold sore home remedies to prevent it from occuring, and ways to treat them if they already developed.
