If you are doing an intense workout like P90X, drinking water is important. Never let yourself get dehydrated. Drink an hour after finishing your

P90X training will help me to efficiently allow my body to recover. Especially when you are stressed from work or school or from workout, make sure that you supply your body the amount it needed. There can be a lot danger to your health if you do not do that.
