making it work for me

i need to rethink the diet plan that am on right now and make it work for me. until then i am just going to be frustrated and not getting the results that i know that i can get. i love the trainng end of fitness and health, but the nutrition end can send me into a taiil spin. i knpow enough to get it done i just need to have a little consistency aboout getting it done. i need to stop fallling off and backsliding. it has to be no matter what too. it is all easy to say but getting it done is another thing. i will put together a healthy diet.
