There are some new property listings that came out today and I called my partners so we can take a look at them right away. We like to jump on the good listings to have a better chance of getting a deal for our rental property management services. I know they need some fixing up before we put them as available to lease, but that will not take long if we can get the purchase completed as quick as possible.

I read in the paper that conyers foreclosures were expected to double this year. That is not a good thing. Many of my friends and family live there and they are quite proud of being self sufficient. If any of them are affected it will be devastating. However, if the numbers are correct, I’m sure that some of the people I know will find themselves in that uncomfortable situation. All I can do is offer support and donate what I can to the local aid centers in the area.
